We pride ourselves on having over 40 years’ experience in sourcing, processing and the trade of foods. Besides nuts our assortment includes products, which are frequently requested in combination with nuts or which complement the product. As a result, we also stock and process seeds and dried fruits.
We offer individual solutions in processing and roasting, blanching, chopping, slicing, mixing or grinding according to customers’ wishes. Refining nuts and many other products with honey, sugar, salt, spices or herbs is also in our range of services. We offer all procedures for our own organic products as well as for order processing for your raw materials.
Our customers include companies in the food industry, muesli, ice-cream and chocolate manufacturers, bakeries, oil mills, operators of internet shops, packaging plants as well as national and international wholesalers.

Our Products
We are experts for the trade and processing of nuts and seeds in organic quality. As well as hazelnuts, almonds, cashew nuts and co. our range of products also includes e.g. pumpkin and sunflower seeds, or seeds such as chia, psyllium and dried fruits such as dates and apricots.

In addition to the trading and order-related processing of our own organic goods, customised order processing has become one of our strengths. We are a reliable partner in processing your food raw materials and offer numerous processing steps such as roasting, blanching, chopping, slicing, mixing and grinding.

We love Organic
Out of love for all-natural products, the first organic hazelnut was cracked for Ortlieb at our partner company in Azerbaijan in 1998. Since then the valuable nuts have been collected, opened and sorted on extensive plantations. Carefully packaged, the healthy kernels begin their journey to us in Bensheim, Hesse.
We process and refine the goods according to the customer’s wishes and forward them directly. From cultivation to delivery, compliance with high-quality standards is checked by our in-house lab as well as renowned independent labs.
